I only post this because I deserve shame.

This is not about a game issue, much worse, it is technological.  SO, my ISP makes it rather difficult to find out upload speeds, because they have historically SUCKED, which for years it being 640k up.  Well, a couple years back we got higher packages with better speeds, and I got on one of those when I moved into my new apartment say a year and a half back.

I don't know exactly how long it's been, perhaps always.  I recently, doing more streaming, have been desiring better speeds and noticing I'm still only getting 640k up, despite it supposed to be 2Mbps.

Except I'm an idiot.  For Quality of Service rules on my router, you have to specify the max upload speed.  Which when I did, was 640k.  And it's been there ever since.

Ouch. I think my not using my 50" TV for 2.5 years because I thought it was not NTSC compatible (when I had just hooked up the component cables wrong) beats that one. But not by much.

Is not realising for many years that there was an option in the DVD/VHS menu to change the display from 4:3 to 16:9 apply, or is it void due to it involving a DVD/VHS player?

It's not void.
