When I lived in society I very occasionally saw people jogging in inappropriate clothing. And it broke my heart. You'd see a dude out there running in jeans and a t-shirt.
Underlying his choice was a desire to improve his health, but also being embarassed about his appearance. So he compromised and wore jeans while jogging. This was something I'd see about once a month. You just wanted to say, "Dude, you belong here exercising, like anyone else. Don't worry about what you look like, wear some shorts and a running shirt."
Same goes for this guy:
