Entirely serendipitous! The actual undisturbed is "PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD READ MY TICKET". Having worked in a call centre, I'm overly pleasant and patient with support people, but not when they completely ignore my detailed ticket and reply with an irrelevant form response.
