We Love Katamari

I wrote a small review about this game yesterday but now that is gone. So this is the short short review. Game is fun, like the first but with more variety in objectives. Music no where near as good as the first. Fun time, everyone who enjoyed the first should play it. The end.

Did you ever beat the first one? I enjoyed it greatly but always only got as far as the second level.

The first game was never released in Europe. I was always pissed off about that. Made me not want to play this one

I liked this game. It's only stumbling block was the music. The first had all these fun quirky songs, while We Love Katamari had a lot of weird experimental stuff that I'm not entirely sure even was music.

But the levels were even better in We Love Katamari and there were some really original ideas. The Firefly level was especially good. I'd love to see one more sequel with some really inventive levels like that one.

Yes I played the original. In the previous review I talked about how this game lacks that first time you played it feeling.

I pre-ordered the first one. Also, I noticed once that they totally ripped off the cow/ green grass aesthetic from the side of an ice-cream vending machine. I'll try and find a picture (no I'm not drunk).

In all fairness I've made that comment about We Love Katamari about a million times so I've committed it to memory.
