Actually, "its" is correct grammatically since "its" is possessive. "It's" is a contraction of "it is" and the sentence, "Which Videogame Franchise Do You Feel is Not Living Up to it is Potential?" doesn't make much sense. However, "Which Videogame Franchise Do You Feel is Not Living Up to its Potential?" Reads much better due to the franchise owning its potential.
Side note: It drives me nuts that autocorrect always changes my "its" to "it's" like it knows better.
