Not sure about Namco making MP4, really give it to the company that did the Metroid game no one liked. How is that a good idea. They say its the team behind the canceled Star Wars 1313 game, which was an uncharted clone. I am very disappointed in this, its not the same without Retro.

Yeah I am loving the Colossus remake...it's insanely beautiful. I think it's much better than the original. It's kind of like REmake to RE1. Did you mess with all the different graphics filters you can apply? There's some really cool ones...pretty neat how they gave that option. Vivid looks amazing.

I'm also kind of worried about MP4. But we'll see. I question the need to have a completely different developer try to create a direct sequel to the Prime series. There's teams that I would feel good about attempting it...but these guys aren't one of them. I am worried it's going to be a soulless copycat of what Retro did better over 10 years ago.

And that's the problem too....it's been so long that the expectations for this would be hard to meet by even the very best of developers. I wish them luck.

Boy, I really want MP4 to be a home run.  I’m a little worried but I remember when Retro was an unknown and the decision to let them make a metroid was a head scratcher.
