It's super tough to get any trophies in this game. I've put like 5+ hours into it and haven't gotten one trophy. I've barely even planted crops.

When I used to play Call of Duty 3 in 2006; I used to play as a medic. I shot my teammates just so I could heal them.

Splatoon 2 reviews!!!! 84 meta. Sounds like it's still a blast. Single player is better, horde mode is great, online still fun. But it's mostly the same game and the lack of online features really hurts it.

Everything has been improved, and its jump-in, quick-fire nature makes it perfect for the Switch and its two modes – just keep in mind that it is absolutely more of the same.

Reviews are kinda sucky if you ask me. What's with the negative tone of - oh its just more Splatoon. Fucking hell, I was playing it (EDIT - Splatoon 1) for two hours today, just blasted the crap out of multiple people. Still working out new strategies on maps I have played a billion times. This game is amazing and IMO I look forward to a new one more than Mario or Zelda. Maybe only Animal Crossing tops it.  

Splatoon 2 has all new maps, a new single player campaign, tons of DLC coming, it has a new engine, better graphics, new weapons, new game altering perks, handheld play, new horde mode and more. Like the first game no one will bother re-reviewing the game a year from now when tons more content will be available.

Fuck em, game's going to be a total blast.

NWR Splatoon 2 review:

This might just be a half-step forward for Splatoon, but the first step was so good that it’s not really a bad thing. Splatoon 2 does often feel more like Splatoon 1.5, but when nearly every part of the game is beautifully fun and endearing, it doesn’t really matter whether this feels like a true blue sequel or not.

Deez reviews, all like this then peppered with "Under the right circumstances, Splatoon 2 is absolutely amazing" - exact quote from that review.

I'd like to ask what fool who enjoyed the original didn't realise that yep, Splatoon 2 is going to be like Splatoon. Like every other sequel to any other game series.
