Bought and played some Fast Racing Neo yesterday. Only played the first cup on the easiest setting, but even that is plenty fast. Graphics are great, tracks all feel very different from eachother, the vehicles handle well. My only 'complaint' would be that the sideways strafing, like you could also do in F-Zero, is a bit too fast.
To be fair, they do point out that the game actually only renders 640x720 per frame, which it then interlaces with the last frame to achieve a 1280x720 resolution. so it's more 60i than 60p and apparently it causes some graphical issues, especially with special effects in play.
