StarCraft was always going to be more niche than Dota. At the same time, though, Blizzard just didn't execute well enough in either the competitive space or the casual space leading into Heart of the Swarm to really keep the numbers where they would have liked. The meta got dull due to increasingly large maps then refusing to rebalance by shrinking said maps instead fo other tweaks, then with Heart of the Swarm, having mediocre ideas and just more of the same kind of pitfalls metawise. Meanwhile the Battlenet client has never exactly been great. There's a lot of room for an RTS to pick up the reigns. Dota came from Warcraft -- it's the audience in a lot of respects, and after a god-awful TI4, there's finally a bit of lost momentum for Dota as well.

Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobileI can't add to that, amazing insights.
Im about to play Zone of the Enders for the first time, anything I should know?
Only that it is very old at this point.
The only reason anyone bought it was to play Sons Of Liberty.
That's pretty awesome man....that's a good girl you have. Man I miss getting together with my friends back in the day and playing stuff like Goldeneye, Twisted Metal 2, Tekken 3, Mario Kart, NHL2K......sigh. The good ol' days!
Yeah its great...like Steel said, the new features and tweaks to the gameplay make all the difference. I teamed up with Phantom Leo for a little while last night, very fun!
Its the best one to start with IMO....the best learning curve. Plus, its just an awesome hack n' slash franchise.
Diablo 3 inspired me to buy another copy of the original Playstation Diablo the other day....one of the many games I traded in back in the day and then proceeded to kick myself in the ass for. I find it unbearably ironic that its published by Electronic Arts...
Fuck....Sony is doing some kind of shit to PSN and a bunch of people can't get the PS4 or PS3 online, myself included.
It's not maintenance, but a DDOS attack!
From the article:
"Earlier we reported that a hacker group named Lizard Squad had DDOSed the PlayStation Network, well, looks like it was true after all. Sony’s John Smedley has tweeted that it was indeed a DDOS attack, and has said that it was a “large scale attack”.
PSN seems to be up for some people but for most it says “undergoing scheduled maintenance”. They have not given any ETA of when the service will be up, but since they now are working to restore service, it probably should be up soon."
Fucking hackers.
Leo is such a whiny annoying coward.
Zoe Leo.
I have been playing GTAV on my nephews Xbox360. He left it at my house.
SUPER MARIO MAKER LEVELS:
I've been really enjoying my new gaming PC this weekend. Played quite a bit of Bioshock Infinite, which has the best visuals of an game I've seen so far to date; absolutely gorgeous. I've also been playing Sim City 5, Borderlands 2 GOTY, and I just got Rage this afternoon. I did not like Rage much on PS3 when I rented it, but that's mostly because of the excessive texture pop-in was very distracting. So far, I enjoying a lot more on PC, which doesn't have any graphical issues at all. Overall, I'm very impressed with what my budget ($700) gaming PC can do, especially since I'm able to run all of these games on near-max settings, and still get a nice smooth framerate.
