Feh.... keep the Alice in Chains. It's not the same without Lane Staley. Plus I've been burned bad by all my favorite old 90's alternative and grunge bands that have tried putting out albums lately. Garbage put out a new album that was terrible. Sound Garden's new album was terrible. I'd rather we not go 3 for 3.
I really liked Alice In Chains last album...its definitely not the same but I'm sure even WITH Layne it wouldn't be the same as their early 90's stuff. The new singer is good though, and the songs were great. From what I've heard of the new one it sounds pretty similar.
Dvader is right...I played DOOM today and could not stop. It really does blow most new shooters away.
Listened to the new Alice In Chains and the new Megadeth album both of them are pretty bad. That is unfortunated since the last Alice album was pretty good, Megadeth I haven't liked since Endgame I wish so fucking bad that they kept that sound and style, Endgame is a fucking amazing record and now Megadeth are pussy shit rock again. Fuck sakes what a piss off.

Hey GME, how is Wizardry 8? Thats sort of on my bucket list of games to play, as Wizardry 7 was one of my favorites of all time.
This was an arcade flyer for the old Nintendo Player's Choice 10 arcade consoles. Given the Wii U's situation, I'm not sure the irony could possibly be any more thick....

It is judges week for E3 starting today. The things they must be seeing.
Very well done so far. Extremely deep and challenging but very rewarding. I got interested in this game by watching a random lets play I came across on youtube, just checking out some old PC games and it looked like a lot of fun. It is my first Wizardry game so I read the manual thourghly before starting (you would be fucked not to lol) and I have been learning the system and the game ok so far.
The combat is my favorite part, turn based with lots of different spells, archery and other bric a brac to worry about. A lot of times though the monsters are hunting ou on the world map and not the other way around lol. Surprisingly challenging on normal difficulty, this is not your modern game no handholding or apologys just here is this big world, here is this complex RPG system, figure it out.
It is a lot of fun in other words. Actually gamespot reviewed it as 9.1 back in the day which was interesting to find out. After watching the lets play for a couple hours I was sold and tracked down a copy on ebay for about $40.
First person RPGS have always been a favorite of mine from The Might and Magic series to Eye of The Beholder but for whatever reason I just never played any Wizardry till now. Legend Of Grimrock which came out last year is a huge reccomend from me too btw if you like these games, it was a 9/10 for me lots of puzzles and great exploration in it it is $15 on steam. Later this year I hear that they are actually debuting Might and Magic X at E3! That gave me a nerd boner.
