Take Two: We fully expect to support the Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo hardware can support any audience
https://nintendoeverything.com/take-two-talks-nintendo-switch-2-indicates-it-will-support-the-console/
"We've had a longstanding relationship with Nintendo and we've supported the platform when it made sense for the individual release. There was a time when Nintendo platforms were really geared at younger audiences and that was reflected in our release schedule. Now with today Switch and potentially Switch 2, the Switch device can support any audience. As you may have noticed, Civilization 7 is now available on Switch. While we have nothing specific to report, we actually would fully expect to support Switch 2."
So the wording sounds like before they would only release select titles, when it made sense, but now the plan is full support?
I really think GTA 6 would be an incredible get, if it's possible. That would be a signal to other developers, like throwing down the gauntlet.
It might have to be a miracle port situation.
He can really run.
Is the main characters voice actor the same as the narrator from Bastion?
It's a bit cheesy and annoying.
Don’t want to spoil anything but that guy goes through the freaking ringer.
It's very low resolution, unnecessarily so. The levels so far aren't that big either. Probably smaller areas and rooms than Crysis 2, which looked awesome on Switch.
The gameplay is fun though.
I find this game quite interesting, yet somewhat strange to experience.
It can feel quite disjointed as it doesn't plough forward in action like a normal fps. You have levels broken up with long meandering ship sections where not much happens.
There are overlong cutscenes (for a fps) in the 3rd person. The story is like they wanted to ape Inglorious Bastards. Then you have some first person wandering bits which are like a walking Simulator.
Part of me is more interested in the world concept over the game itself. There's this bit during an American parade and I just wanted the game to be like a Bethesda rpg more than what it is. I just wanted to explore.
Regarding the stealth, it doesn't work that well. Could use a radar.
SMB 2 is HARD. Damn slippery controls.
I had the path to the end memorized and was able to beat it multiple times. Luigi, though floaty, was my pick since he jumped higher than everyone.
If they don;t get SMG in to play the mom or similar that's a shame. SMG... jeez, she was a smokeshow back in the day. There was a checkout girl at my local grocery store that was a spitting image of her. I just looked her up (SMG, not the checkout girl) and I had no idea she is married to Freddie Prinz Jr.
Been in pain etc.. getting better.
I have been thinning out the collection. Jesus people pay a lot of money for Dremcast games these days. All games after SNES really. I have a sealed copy of a GBA game that sells for $700, I've listed it for $320 as in Australia the scene is much deader than in the US. I bought it for $9.90 (still has the price tag on it). Yeah it's slow going in Australia, but so far I've sold 20 Games and brought in about $1,600. Most of which are games I have no interest in playing and never played.
She is in the Dexter prequel and looks like she has hardly aged at all.
Yes, that's good counsel. I should try an get through them again. I have not beaten a single 2d mario game in my life.
I still want to beat SMB1 as little Mario, all levels, no warps, shortcuts, and no power ups. I've made it to World 8-3 many times, but those damned Hammer Bros! ARGH!
I used to handicap myself with a bunch of restrictions on Mario when I was a kid since I didn't have many games and was always trying to find a way to keep it challenging, and I like to see that so many people are still trying that today in different ways. In the Pokémon community, apparently it's a big deal to try and do an all bug run. Not sure I have a lot of patience for anything like that today though.
A. Glad to hear that you're finally starting to show some improvement. I guess whatever you're doing, keep doing that. And if alcohol has to be involved, you have my permission for one extra drink.
B. I think we're looking at the peak time to sell video games to other collectors. I'm starting to see some signs of some economic slowdown in Florida that is eerily reminiscent of 2007. If things go bad again, I can't see the collectors markets staying is stupidly strong as they are now.
I've been having a little back pain myself. I think I overdid it in the gym and just need to ease up on certain exercises. Hell, I now have leg and shoulder pain as well. I hate this part of aging.
Gym? What's that?
The original show was great, but I have no interest in a reboot. I'd rather they HD remaster the orginal Xbox Buffy game.
Back during the Wii era, I attempted that playthrough nearly every day for a year using the Wii Remote sideways and was never successful. BUT I am certain I can do it now nearly 20 years later.
