Shovel Knight (9.0) AMAZING! Review
Whether you were weaned on an NES like I was, or don't yet know what you missed in a time before you were born, Shovel Knight is an absolute must-play.ign.com impressions phantom_leo
Holy shit I can get $40 for Mario Kart 8 at Best Buy. Looks like I will be turning it in the week. I will find one more night to play with you guys.
Which means I paid $48 for it at BB cause of my membership, got a $10 gift card too so $38. Got Pikmin 3 out of it. So I basically got to try out MK8 and get Pikmin 3 for free. Thank you best buy.
Once you live in Florida, you actually start to hate the beach. It's the law. I've literally been to the beach 5 times in the past 10 years, and at times lived 10 minutes away from it.
I do miss the beach near you though. Growing up we'd always go to a place just outside of Charleston. That was fun. The drive down from Connecticut on the other hand was not fun. But I'd get to see all of the South of the Border billboards, so I had that going for me.
You're at least fours from a beach now, right? We get to go once a year, maybe even a weekend. It's still far away where it seems like a vacation for people who can't afford to fly or travel far.
I'm about 45 minutes from the nearest beach now. Pretty much as far away from the beach as you can be in Florida. We were actually there last month for the boy's birthday. I got sun burned pretty bad, and am in no hurry to return.
My wife swears that I promised that we would go to Paris one day. I don't remember saying that, but I'm definitely sold on the idea of going one day. Maybe in a decade.
Up until recently my wife had no interest in traveling. Now suddenly Italy came out of nowhere. Italy and Japan. At our current rate of spending vs saving, I think we'll make it to those places sometime in 2040.

Clearly the competition has gotten too fierce for Vader, so he's bowing out.
I won't even be able to race him this weekend.
....going to the beach.
Eeeeeewwwww the beach.
Who doesn't like the beach? It's Hilton Head so it'll be clean.

I love that I'm three hours from the beach or mountains.

Same here. It's aging Combined with the realization that you've never been to those places.
I don't care for the beach.
The fuck is wrong with you two?!
I could spend hours swimming in the ocean and I don't have the clear blue water that you guys have.
Got a pool, no sand. pool wins.
I swim in a pool nearly every day. There just two different experiences.
this conversation makes me wonder about people like Raven who are no where near a beach. What do they think about it?
Nude beaches are awesome, but can be very bad for your wang.
Just don't lay down on your stomach.
Then you'd get sand in your crack.
