Reviews are kind of all over the place.
Been raining like crazy here since yesterday. Last reports say 186 mm, in a little more than 12 hours. Much rain. Such flooding.
Be safeand don't try to drive through that.
My sons birthday party is today. We are swimming and grilling sliders.
Yeah we had a lot of trouble last night getting back home in the middle of a downpour. Lots of streets flooded.
I could be swimming here, if I wanted to.
I should swim and eat sliders too. But preferrably in a pool and not a flooded street.
So, what will you be naming your island in Tomodachi Life?
I didn't get it yet but I have no idea what I will name my Island.
I might name it something related to Pop-Culture because those are the only Miis beside my self that will be there.
I spent an hour trying to figure out what I will call my town in Animal Crossing New Leaf. I named it Latria after the Tower of Latria in Demon's Souls.

I was just skimming news, and something made me think of Zoonami....remember them? That was the studio that Martin Hollis director of Goldeneye and Perfect Dark started after he left Rare. They were hyped up to be even better than Free Radical at the time, and they had this game code-named "Game Zero" in development for the Gamecube that Matt Cassamassina and a bunch of people were hyping up to be basically the END ALL BE ALL of Gamecube games.
The game never saw the light of day, got cancelled, and still to this day I've never even saw a screenshot. I've always wondered, just like with Starcraft Ghost, what in the hell happened if this game was supposed to be so incredible? Zoonami went on to make a few crappy little games that nobody cares about, but I don't know if the company even exists anymore.
Anybody remember this?

Zoonami Dropping Clues
By Matt CasamassinaA tantalizing new image posted on the official website for UK-development studio Zoonami promises a site relaunch in the near future. But it's the content of the image that has some videogame enthusiasts speculating about the software house's anticipated future project, formerly codenamed Game Zero.
Zoonami, in development with the multi-platform music rhythm game Funkydilla, was founded in 2000 by Rare's ex-head of software, Martin Hollis. Nintendo and Hollis go way back. He was the director/producer of the hit Nintendo 64 first-person shooters GoldenEye 007 and Perfect Dark. He later worked on the hardware for GameCube at Nintendo Technology Development. And executives from Nintendo of America have confirmed that the publisher is working closely with Zoonami on future, unnamed projects.
One of those projects is believed to be a science-fiction-themed adventure game formerly known as Game Zero. (Hollis last April confirmed that the codename no longer applies.) Next to nothing is known about the title, except that it will not be a first-person shooter. It is also unlikely to be released for this generation of consoles.
Zoonami has done its best to keep the game out of the spotlight, but that hasn't stopped Nintendo fans from dissecting any clues that happen to surface.
The official Zoonami website now features what could be the biggest revealer yet on the theme of the anticipated game. Or, it could be nothing at all -- a totally unrelated graphic, perhaps. Internet browsers who happen upon the site will now be privy to a computer render of an office desk showered in atmospheric light. Atop the desk are a number of intriguing items: a black handgun with silencer, a leather briefcase, a pair of glasses, and a dossier. A smoldering cigarette rests on one side. If these were to be viewed as clues, it would appear that Zoonami could be working on a spy or agent-themed title. Whether or not this graphic is in reference to the project formerly called Game Zero, we have no way of knowing.
Naturally, we sent an e-mail to the developer and asked for the game's design document -- really -- as well as further clarification on the new website graphic. But representatives for Zoonami did not answer our request in time for publish.
I remember that.
I got creamed online in mk8 today playing globally. It's making me rethink the whole way I usually race, using fast vehicles and maintaining tight lines. The online can be so spammy with items and people always crash into you. It's got me thinking about high acceleration and heavy karts. And the Japanese.... fuck em. I was caught in a batch of racers with 5 Japanese people. They're fucking DEMONS at this game, might as well not bother playing. Wish there was the option of everywhere globally except Japan.
GG, you were playing against global pros with scores like 1,500 and 2,200.
