~~Pinball Arcade dev: PS3 'stomps' the Wii U in terms of power

Oh i finally got to play the Sonic Lost World Zelda level. What an odd stage, clearly it was designed to please me so I was happy they rewarded me for being such a life long Sonic fan. The  level itself is crappy as far as sonic levels go but it has a bunch of zelda easter eggs. It starts with an open field to run around, stalfos from OoT will pop out. Link is flying on his bird overhead. There are hidden chests to find.

Eventually you use a bomb to blow up a wall and enter tunnles where Gorons roll at you as big boulders. All the while an awesome rock version of the zelda theme plays.

Of course sega had to do something stupid with it so when you finish the level it disappears, you can only play it every 100000 points you get.

Maybe it was a Vita game and they simply desided to make it for PS3/360, that makes sense.

I was just thinking, the Wii U desperately needs a major franchise to be reworked on the system.The N64 had the change to 3D so all Nintendo franchises felt fresh. GC had Metroid Prime which was legendary. Wii had Mario Galaxy take mario from collectathon to pure 3D platforming greatness. All those games felt like the pillars of what made those systems special.

So far I dont see that on Wii U. Zelda will probably still be like past Zelda games. So far the mario's we have gotten are very similar to past games. DK is a direct sequel. Smash and Kart are the same. I feel it all relies on Metroid, we need a totally new kind of Metroid, something mind blowing. That or a real Pokemon game on consoles.
