Dragon's Crown (80) Review
As a side-scrolling brawler, Dragon’s Crown is deep and loaded with replay. As an example of 2D art in gaming, it’s unequalled.

OMG that kid driving story.
Gryffin and his younger brother were riding with their 74 year old grandmother in Colorado, when she inexplicably passed out--leaving Gryffin, 10, to snatch the wheel before the car could veer into traffic.
He then directed it to the side of the road and in to a muddy ditch. The car was travelling at about 60 miles per hour. No one was hurt, though the situation could have been truly tragic had Gryffin been any less awesome--or had he not been at least somewhat familiar with video games.
Gryffin attests his quick thinking to Mario Kart.
"My first thought was actually... 'is this a test, or what?'"

NOA marketing is so bad even Target don't know what a Wii U is.
Wow, I just watched that Aisha Taylor Watch Dogs trailer. WTH?
Who is being paid at these companies, making decisions on what footage to use? It's mind boggling bad.
At least it looks better than the PS2 version of Resident Evil 4.

"Kinect is a zero-button mouse with a lot of latency." - John Carmack he also said, "I'd love to be able to develop on 3DS...but it's extremely unlikely to happen."
His keynote at Quakecon is going to generate a million stories today.
Will be $10 one day on steam sale.
Elder Scrolls Anthology looks pretty damned impressive for a collector. I doubt many would be willing to play the first couple installments though. As much as I loved Daggerfall in the day I doubt I could stand it for long today.
You know, that reminds me of how Steam has really changed the way I look at PC titles. While I'll throw down $60 for a console game, I don't think I could ever pay more than $15 for a PC game. Steam sales have made me look at the value of a PC game at right about the same level as an iOS game as far as the price goes now.
The MAPS people. MAPS!
Daddy wants Elder Scrolls thingy. Gimmie gimmie gimmie.
Artbook and big ass box though. GPS can;t do that.
The early ones are available for free.
I'd like to replay Morrowind and Oblivion. And getting all the expansions for Skyrim is a bonus. I also like that it is physical, so I don't have to spend two months of internet allocation (at least) to get it. It will probably be $120 down here, if it comes here at all.

"I am also excited to reveal that we are well into development on a next-generation Tomb Raider sequel -- " Phil Rogers, CEO Square-Enix.
Heh, so Square finally pulled their heads out of their asses long enough to realize that TR actually sold pretty damn well, huh? Nice! Of course this means I'll have to buy a PS4 at some point. Dammit.
