Wow LBP Move levels are the best use of motion control since Boom Blox. It is a shining example of how motion controls can change gaming for the better. The platforming has never been better with every single level providing all new mechanics and crazy platforming challenges. Each level unlocks a a few mini game levels and those use the motion controls in all sorts of awesome ways. Some levels are hi score games where you are controlling bombs, one is a game where you tilt a board with a marble and you need to guide the marble, there is an all new kind of tower defense, awesome puzzle levels. And this is just want MM has created, how knows what the community will do with this. I am inspired at the moment so I may try to make a quick level while I feel creative.
Vader, you need to pick up the latest Game Informer. There's tons of info on SS and a retrospective on the whole series. It's a keeper.

Should be arriving in the mail soon.
Been playing Xenoblade, great game on many levels.
On the graphics, sometimes it's outright astounding. Sometimes it's downright ugly.
Wish some areas were lavished with as much attention as others. Story is getting much better and more epic with lots of suprises and an expansion of the robots vs humans storyline.
So I was pretty excited about the Fire Emblem 3DS trailer
It made me think of the DS versions of Fire Emblem and the latest DS version of Advance wars.
Do you think Nintendo fucked up with these two games? I got the second advances wars ds game and I never completed it and sold it. They took what made advance wars fun and good and made it all dark and moody - it lost all the charm.
Then Fire Emblem DS had hideous art, it looked like computer made renders put in 2D. So I avoided that completely.
Random question here. Is there someone on this board who goes by Strawberry Ryu on another game board?
Yoshida on PS Vita remote play:
You demonstrated the Vita’s remote play function with Killzone 3 during a TGS 2011 presentation. Will every PS3 game be playable on Vita, or is it up to the developer to incorporate that feature?
Yes, that’s correct. The PS Vita has to be customized to support remote play with the PS Vita. Yesterday, the demo that I showed using Killzone 3 was customized. It was meant as a technical demo and we haven’t even finished the utility of the remote play that’s really, really nice to support higher resolution screens on PS Vita, and the mapping of controls like R3, R2, L2 buttons using the backtouch panel. So as soon as we complete the development of those utilities, we will release the utility to PS3 developers so that they can check if their games work with the utility or they may have to do some additional work, because the remote play takes some additional memory and CPU time out of PS3 games. So some games that really utilize the PS3 capabilities may not work, so we’ll see.
Uncharted Vita pics, this is more like it.
More:
"Capcom may be one of the top developers in the world, but there's no denying its love of a quick buck - and Resident Evil 4 HD has been done as cheaply and quickly as possible. It's a cynical exercise resembling nothing so much as a naked emperor: standing tall with its high-res output, with everyone too astonished to remark on its itty-bitty textures."
"Simply up-ressing a game and calling it 'HD' might work for some: not here. It's like looking in the mirror on an extremely sunny day, every lump and bump exposed, the ugly and brutal truth. Leon's character model, the floppy hair and the stitches on his shoulder holsters, are right in your face: and by the way, don't forget that this is a 'premium' download and you'll be paying top dollar. It's part of a pair of Resi remakes with Code Veronica, which, incidentally, looks laughable."
"Resi 4 HD's visuals are the GameCube version's: textures designed to be viewed at a maximum of 480p. Nothing has been done to the game's assets bar the upscaling, and what makes it worse is that Resi 4, from start to finish, requires you to pay especial attention to your surroundings. It begins with Leon approaching an unknown village through a sparse, scrubby forest, which is dotted with bear traps to snag unwary adventurers, often hidden under patches of grass. You spot these bear traps by looking at the ground.
The blades of grass look like Lego; yesterday's autumnal leaves are an auburn mush; the grey and black pixels of the bear traps blend into such a swamp, deadlier than ever. What have your eyes done to deserve this?"
Lol. Can't even finish the best version of RE4 (Wii), I sure as hell am not forking out actual dinero for that.
Nice job on the updates, GG (and everyone).
Thanks Steelo.
The first update of today was this interview which was quite interesting.
Gameinformer interview Sony Boss Yoshida
Although it's slightly disconcerting how the Gameinformer interviewer seems to be trying to start trouble by asking leading questions. Yoshida replied with some class though.
God Eurogamer are such nitpicking a holes. Come on, its RE4 HD, they never said anything else, its supposed to be upscaled RE4, that is the point. Damn that dude needs to get that stick out of his ass. It is the greatest action game ever made and looking better than ever.
And just as a reminder to everyone, Capcom is giving me DLC codes for RE4 HD (and possibly RE: CV), so if anyone wants one of the spare ones that I may be left with, now's the time to kiss my butt! . . . or just cough up $15. ... either way works.
Travo, I got to hand it to you. That is high qualify butt kissing right there. And without a doubt pronouncing my name right is always the route to go. LOL
I think he was saying that it didn't look better than ever. The grass is like lego etc
*sigh*
