haha i bought it and didn't play it, and the gamestop manager was fliping out when i returned it and got toy story 3 he way saying things like" you are returning one of the greatest games ever made for just a ok game"

Nah, I was about done, too. Just did one more match after that to rank up for more points. Now that I've got my infinite cloak and silenced pistol (shoot and kill without uncloaking), next time 'round I ought to give the marksman a test run.

And while I didn't do great on the K/D (one crap match, the rest around 1:1), I did some major mission damage. Two or three assassinations, two retrievals in one round, and multiple Batman kills. NO ONE EXPECTS THE ZOMBIE MEDIC BATMAN.

Gaming, this week that just passsed. What did you play?

Stopped playing Disaster Report. Game about an earhquake in Japan got a bit too real to be any fun.

Stopped playing Okami, will start again tonight. The whoel earthquake thing just took me out of the mood to play. Plus the weather sucked for gaming this weekend.

Alice in Wonderland for the DS is decent. It's the old puzzle/platformer "Lost Vikings" style game. Looks like a flash game, probably better suited to an iPhone than the DS (it's all stylus controlled).

Spent most of my time gaming this weekend on arcade stuff like Earth Defense Force 2017 and Sonic and Sega All-Star Racing.

It was a 120 gig SLIM...

It's been behaving really oddly lately. Downloaded games not loading, disc-based games freezing, DL's crawling...

I played some Killzone this afternoon. It froze up at the "Connecting" screen; wouldn't shut down. I had to unplug it physically from the wall.

Turned it back on. Got the start of the dashboard then just kept on hangin' up. Had solid yellow and green lights lit on the face.

It's a DAMN good thing I back up my stuff almost compulsively!

I must say, though, I've NEVER seen any PS3 I've owned dl so quickly before. I've recovered about 6 out of 10 games in the last hour!

Maybe the crawling DL were symptomatic of my system going.
