Star Fox?
Bastard won a million dollars for pitching a perfect game in a video game. That had to be the easiest million dollar contest of all time.
I hope so!

Mind blown. Every game on the Wii should look that good, holy crap.
Old Spice the game.
Nintendo better bring these new RPGs over here: Xenoblade, Monado, and Last Story!
I hope they come here.

One of those is Monado.
And yes dude, in game, it's not THAT good, and there are the fugly characters and wonky animation too (the concept art for them is ugly too, though they could have done better). If we had scenery as good as this and characters/monsters as good as MH3 it'd be the best looking Wii game after Galaxy. Maybe The Last Story will come close, though the environments will probably not be as imaginative, such awesome horizons in that trailer, and to know that you can probably seamlessly go see all of what's in the horizon up close, wow. Even with a shit story and battles this will be totally worth going through just for the amazing vistas. But I'm sure those won't be so bad either!

Definitely the sickest looking game ever from Monolith Soft. If I didn't know better I'd believe that was a 360/Ps3 RPG.
Maybe Nintendo is aggressively going into the RPG genre now? Maybe they realize that Sony has really dropped the ball in that area, and its an easier genre to dominate with dated technology than first-person shooters? Whatever the case, it feels odd having two incredibly cool looking RPG's as the games to look out for on a Nintendo console...
I started playing this last night. Funny, but the engine doesn't seem so good. Lots of pop up and the framerate continually chugs. Love the bikers though, the implied and shown violence and gang dynamics. Feels good to be playing GTA again. I only did the first mission.
Because for an hour before I was playing the Cel Shaded Prince of Persia. Which should have had the subtitle: The Automated Prince.
I thought I would love the graphics because I like cel shading. But it's so detailed it loses the cel shaded effect What is the point of doing cel-shading if it doesn't enhace the art/comic book look of a game? And the gameplay, is it impossible to die? Elrika or whatever her name is auto-saves you from every fall. She shows the way with a ball of magic. And the prince does most of the moves automatically for you. And the game is constantly telling you what to do and what button to press. Does this ever end?
I can see why this game didn't do as well as expected.
Then I kicked on Bully 360. I had already played it on Wii and wanted to play it again with crisp-o vision. Only the 360 version runs like crap, the framerate chugs, there is pop up, you can't invert the camera controls. Oh and there are graphical glitches here and there. Also the classes are much more fun on Wii with motion controls, as is the combat. What a waste of money.
I saw another review that said it was 10 hrs long. So we have 6 hours, 10 hrs and 14 hrs. Are they playing the same game?
Retros next Metroid?
Shame the video is LQ. There are a lot of bad textures there but the scale more than makes up for it.
