They have Highway star, though, so it kind of balances things a bit. Oh and Bon Jovi's Dead or alive is a kickass song to ride your bike through the Algonquin Bridge, as the sun slowly sets and the city lights come to life.
Yeah, that one took me a good number of tries before finally nailing it.
If it's the one I'm thinking (the Pegorino job) you shouldn't be so far of wrapping things up.
In proper context, it works.
I'm renting all my games now. I just don't see the point in paying $50 per game these days, when there's so many I want to play and I hardly ever get to go back to any of them after they're done.
Plus I'm sick of the clutter with games and dvds and cds taking up my space. I'll just download it on the Wii2 if I want it in the future.
If you say so...
Think of your future children.
"where are all those awesome games you told us about daddy?"
"well kids, I sold them all, and rented from then on."
"Noooo!" *cries*
I can support that. It's not for me, but if I was starting out again, seeing the way everything is eventually going to be re-sold virtually, I might go the rental route.
But then, there are some great games that you won't be able to find in the future.
Too bad kids....go sit down and play Final Fantasy 25!
It's cool to see RS2 get a good score. I'm waiting for more reviews. I think the game does look cool and interesting. Seeing some of the demos for this game and M+, it looks like the combat is very intuitive and fun.

Now Playing: Golden Sun Dark Dawn, God of War Ghost of Sparta, and DKC Returns
And the burdens of your present day life, lifted.
Relive the days where your childhood curiosity was piqued by the games you used to play.
Imagine yourself, gently opening shrink wrap at the top of a cardboard box, keeping it intact, but sliding out a big gray cartridge, then proudly displaying a brand-new NES game next to Metroid, Blaster Master and Kid Icarus on the shelf in your room.
Pretend you are lifting the door on the front of your system and pressing a cartridge down til you hear a 'click!'
Give in to the 8-bit graphics. Tap your toe to the blips and bleeps of the music. Become a kid again.
Remember the days when getting a new game was magical and you had a whole new world to explore.
How do I reach that ledge? Where do I find that key? Am I really supposed to be able to beat that boss right now?
Forget about HD graphics for a while. Marvel as chunky sprites and generic fonts move you in a way shaded pixels and million dollar budgets never could!
Drag yourself away for a moment so you can call all your friends post online about this amazing game you just discovered!
Hey dudes! Did you ever hear of the game: Cave Story ? ! Yeah I got it AND IT'S AWESOME ! ! !
Watch as reality blurs around you as you start to ponder just how much of the game you'll be able to play before your mom you realize you've stayed up too late and may be late for school your appointments in the morning.
Just surrender yourself and accept the fact that your going to be tired tomorrow and immerse yourself in the game you've been seemingly waiting two-decades to play...
...everything else is just not that important!
---
Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobileI need to get this right now! Awesome post. But I still need to finish Mega Man and FFXIII.
The developer has captured the look, sounds, and feel of an 8-bit game sooo well, it's mind-boggling!
As you play, you could actually picture playing this on an NES. Granted it would probably be a late-generation game with a special chip in it, but WHO CARES ? !
It just has that "look." It is juuuust reminiscent of all of the other games from that time, borrowing the exploration of Metroid, and the power-up system of Blaster Master, for example.
...but it has the sensibilities and production values of a game of today!
I am at a loss for words to describe it a way that would actually do it justice...
This game just absolutely replicates and captures ALL of the magic people complain is lacking from games these days.
IT. IS. BRILLIANT.
I AM IN LOVE!
