So yeah I just downloaded "Spirited Away" going to watch it for the first time ever now.

I helped! Just started and already loving it! Music kicks ass.
Just finished watching "Spritied Away" and holy shit I can easily see why this is often voted "The Greatest Animated Film of All-Time" on rankings list. Just as good as "Akira", probably will buy it during some time.

Is that splitscreen co-op on RE5?
Okay I'm actually interested now.
Personally I'd put Spirited Away above Akira. I wouldn't have said the same before I read the manga, though.
Yeah I kinda want to read the Akira manga myself.

Tenchu Walkthrough:
All their work to create a fuedal Japan with the graphics, was let down by the fat New Yorker and whiney American teen.
Fucking Dead Space indeed sounds like a must-buy title. Damn this may be the coolest looking EA non-sports game, ever. Nicely Done.
Indeed.
Yep I am excited to play it. I am so in the mood for some RE4 like action.
Shame about the vid beint split into co-op, I wanted to see it bigger. It does look insanely polished like RE4 was. It's going to be fun. I hope that you dont have to protect your partner though, I really don't like having to watch two lifebars at once. Ashley was okay cause you could dump her in a crate. But I still prefer going solo.
One thing I like is that they have instant respawning if you get caught without a weapon. I know for some that may remove some challenge but for me, it's better than the old method of running around like a headless chicken while some guy shoots you in the back, or having to sit in shadows for 10 minutes while the guards re-establish their route pattern. The game apparently has uber difficulty modes which will rachet things up for those who complete it on normal.
WiiConnect 24 does nothing at the moment apart from system updates and notifications. But the overall online package has been quite fun, the VC, WiiWare, Channels and online gaming. I think Animal Crossing may be one of the few games to actually use this sleeping dragon method and have downloadable objects via the service and not just download packs via the shop channel.
I forgot about that, they also developed some japanese gba game about tomatos that was in the mario and luigi style but it never got brought over to the west.
Nice to know that panned out, unlike Battle Royale which you hated I personally used to love Akira but for my money I put a whole bunch of Ghibli stuff and even Steamboy ahead of it.
Game gets so addictive. You get lost when first playing some levels, but you can follow the arrows on the floor. After you complete a level you can freely play it with no enemies or time limits and get your bearings. Even this free play mode that has no objectives is just ridiculously addictive. Then you go back to the levels you have already beat to do them better. Great title.
Did you see the boss? He had a cockney accent!

Oh, I agree with you on that. Nintendo's online stuff has been very good so far. Unfortunately, they really haven't given us any good reaons to leave our consoles on 24/7. I'm not mad at Nintendo, just dissapointed that they haven't used a big feature like WiiConnnect24 to its fullest yet. I feel like we should be getting messages about new games that are coming out, new videos/demos that are available on the Nintendo Channel, and new WiiWare/VC games that are downloadable in the Shop Channel (all optional, of course), but we are not (at least not in the U.S.). There's so much Nintendo can do with it, but they haven't. It's sad that I get an email on my PC from Nintendo about new VC/WiiWare games nearly a week (5 days) after those games are available in the Shop Channel. WTH, Nintendo?
Holy crap! Gah, stop making me want so many games.

High Voltage announces new WiiWare racer
I'm not sure about the Micro Machines-like camera angle, but other than that, it looks like it could be fun.
Wii need more racing games!
I actually like Battle Royale, just for all the wrong reasons.
And yeah FUCK YOU Toys ' R Us! Fuck You! You always do this 2 get 1 free thing right before all the REAL good games that come out and the ones that are good aren't usually on the list *cough* Crysis Warhead, Final Fantasy IV, Dragon Quest IV *cough*. Seriously counting out De Blob and Bleach Dark Souls there is nothing that interests me on there.

For the Akira manga does it matter if I get the new ones (2001 ones) or the old ones (1988 ones)?

I'd like to get in on the Toy's R Us sale, but I have enough games to play right now. After I'm done with my 2nd play through of Mario Galaxy, I'm going back to all my old games and replay or 100% complete them instead of buying new games. I'm going to start with Zelda OoT/Master Quest. I've had that disk since Wind Waker came out, and I haven't played it very much. It is bad that I've never actually finished Zelda OoT?
And I'd like to get in on it, but it's never available in Canada.
Also on sale is a deal for 40% off all Wii Accessories including VC points.

Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobileOr Australia for that matter.
Oh, and no it's not bad that you haven't finished OoT, Raven, or else it would be terrible that it took me something in the range of 7 years to finish Majora's Mask.
