Oh hey cool. I couldn't figure out how to get the Wii to type in the comment box but I got it going now. Cool site gg. Has a nice clean look to it. I had to stop by because poor edge sounded pretty desperate in the invite he sent me. So how's it going folks?
Yes....I was starting to shake uncontrollably too.
How's it going? Absolutely amazing! Now give yourself an avatar (you too, Lordandrew) and check this shit out!
Yay! 50 posts! My e-wang got a little bigger. *dances in a manly fashion*

Sup, man! Awesome to have you here! Please make yourself at home, and try not to mind Gaminggeek's dirty underwear lying on the floor.

Going pretty good here. I'm going to celebrate Canada Day today the only way I know how. Beer, women, and fireworks! Looks like the cool avatar thing is going to have to wait until I get a new motherboard so I can get my PC up and running again.
@steelattack Hey thanks. Seems like all familar faces around here. I don't mind the dirty underwear lying around. It's what's hiding underneath that worries me.
Nothing better than blowing my brains out to unleash hell. Haha, how in the fuck do they think of this shit?
Japan, things like this aren't all that uncommon their in thing such as anime and games. It's similar to how Americans think of things like tribes worshiping aliens or what not.
The sad thing about Persona 3 was that the game originally got little attention from gamers. It wasn't until Gamespot gave it the "RPG of the Year" title that it started to turn heads. It's no more different then when people started paying attention to Zack and Wiki due to the IGN's "Buy Zack and Wiki Campaign".
Megaman 9 is a Wiiware exclusive!! Time to clean out the fridge people!
Wiiware only? *Sigh*.
I see no reason to as of why Capcom has to limit the potential audience by having this game exclusive. I mean I can see if the game used motion controls and the Wii remotes point capablities (I.E. aiming) or it pushed the Wii's power to its limit by concentrating on one piece of hardware (Look at the wonders that SMG did on the Wii, MGS4 did on the PS3, Gears did on the 360, and Crysis did on the PC). But this game does none of these things, it is a retro throwback both in look and gameplay and design.
I'm all for platforms having exclusives at all (because if there weren't then why not just have a standardization), but if they don't push the systems hardware or unique capablities I don't see much of reward for the consumer besides bragging rights for fanboys. Though like any market this market is about money and if there is any reason why Capcom did this it was probably due to "special hype" and hoping that Wii owners will shift eye from the Virtual Console to this game.
I'm surprised that Microsoft and Rare still haven't released PD and the other Rare games on XBL Arcade. It seems like they'd make a ton of money with fairly minimal effort.
Think nintendo has something to do with that. Do you remember the goldeneye on XBLA fiasco?
Hmm, I thought it was just that specific game. I remember an article stating that Activision (who holds the James Bond license) sided with Nintendo, thus not giving Microsoft permission to publish Goldeneye on the 360. I could be mistaken, though.
Man, if you are right, then it must really suck for Microsoft. They spent $375 million to buy Rare, and they can't even use their back catalogue? Ouch.

It works on Wii? I never even thought to try it. Well that's good, it would seem kinda stupid to not be able to post on a gaming site XD
Good to have another on board.

"We wanted to take this addition to the signature Konami franchise in a direction that really sets it apart from the previous Castlevania titles in the series," said Anthony Crouts, Vice President of Marketing for Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. "The Wii Remote and Nunchuk capabilities, along with the iconic characters, make this game the ideal entry point into the fighting game genre. This combination is certain to thrill old and new fans of the franchise. "
With 3D environments rendered on Wii, players can choose sides in an epic battle of good versus evil using iconic Castlevania characters designed by famed manga artist Takeshi Obata. Using the motion-sensing controls of the Nunchuk and Wii Remote, players can slash, stab and whip their way across a variety of stages and environmental elements with various surrounding objects as weapons. Select characters can also set traps and make use of monsters on the field to achieve victory in a clash of epic proportions. As an added bonus, players are also able to compete head-to-head using the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection and connect with Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia on the Nintendo DS to unlock bonus gameplay content.
Castlevania Judgment will be released in North America Fall 2008 on Wii."

No one buy this crap.
My thoughts exactly. And I mean no one. I will personally hunt down anyone who does so, and twist his nipples until he sells it back again.
BTW bold and italics don't work on these posts, they do not show up.
I've already reserved my copy of Castlevania Judgment yesterday. Castlevania fighting game, FTW!
Prepares nipple twisters.
