What is your specialty?
Mine would be Turkey Cheese Burgers with sauteed mushrooms and onions, and topped with crisp turkey bacon, tomato and avacado. Also a side of sweet potato fries.
Interesting combinations.
Like 2 minute noodles and chocolate. Does that count?
I was hoping this would be general in nature -- I have a lot of specialized skills.
Cooking is not one of them. Mrs Aspro is an exceptional cook, I leave it to her. I clean, she cooks.
My idea of cooking is beer + potato chips.

It's thevgpress! De-rail the thread and talk about your cleaning skills.

Do you have a specialty when cooking? My wife can make some awesome baked catfish, with mint leaves, Mediterranean seasoning and Feta cheese. Me? Maybe ribs, with homemade apple BBQ sauce and rib rub. Sometimes I grill and sometimes I use the crockpot. I also make a great pot roast with a ton of veggies.
What have you old codgers learned how to cook really well? Ramen with hot sauce doesn't count.
