I finished it. Loved it to pieces, want to see more experiences like it even though it is more an interactive story than a tradional game.

So in ep 1 Larry (the old white asshole) killed Lee's parents right?
I mean, the sign in the pharmacy said, "living inside" and Lilly said that Larry "took them outside incase they were bitten". And there was plenty of food and supplies in the pharamcy to support them. Add to that Larry's complete willingnes to finish off Duck at any given opportunity.
I dunno I guess there could be an arguement for it but I always thought they were well dead before anyone got there. I never picked up on that at all.... interesting. Id say it's possible.

To get really nerdy about it. We later learn that the entire population was infected and that they did not need to be bitten to turn. So he had to have murdered them because if they were dead they would have already turned. They could not have been corpses just laying there... Larry, what an asshole.
Also, just to get something else cleared up. Vernon, the doctor, is a child molester right?
Whoa Aspro....you're turning asshole characters into even bigger assholes than they really are! lol
Well on that topic.

At the end of the game, where station wagon man is talking about wanting to start a family with Clem....
He means what I think he means right?
He follow ups with asking Lee how old Clem is, to which Lee replies "8", and he says, "No, she turned 9 last week"... as if to say... well, you know...
No I never got that vibe out of it astro. I think he is just a psychopath and not a child molester, I don't see that at all.

No, it's to show that he knows more about Clem than Lee does and thus is a better father figure for her. They didn't beat around the bush with rape and the like; quite the opposite. Eg. the rubbish with the video camera woman.
After all, this is Telltale we're talking about. None of the things you've suggested are true, because anything that comes across as subtlety is actually just a flaw in their heavy handed writing.
Geez, if anyone was a paedophile it wasn't Vernon, but the homeless guy. And he was just meant to show the suspiciousness of everyone in a zombie apocalypse; thus they thought he might just be a paedophile. And by zombie apocalypse I mean modern times.
As for Larry, it's assumed that no one knew about the no bite thing yet, so your murder theory doesn't make sense taking that into mind. And it would be far too poetic for Telltale if Larry met his demise in the same way. Of course forcing people outisde is murdering them anyway, and arguably worse given the themes and context, so it does actually work if Larry forced them out, but was shown "mercy" by Kenny.
Anyway, worst thing about station wagon guy was the fourth wall breaking. Cringe-worthy, and narratively wasn't convincing either because he commented on things pre-station wagon.

No. Larry did not know about the no bite rule. So he could see that they had not been bitten, as his daughter said, "he took them out in case they had been bitten". So there was no sign of them having been bitten, which means they were clean.
The sign on the door clearly said, "Alive Inside" and they had plenty of resources to keep alive.
Larry murdered them, face it, confront your demons.

Alive Inside (as illogical as it would be) could easily have referred to Larry and co. Them not knowing they were bitten, doesn't mean they weren't, but them actually being bitten or not is irrelevent to kicking them out because they didn't know. Anyway, the only solid evidence to them murdering them (beyond kicking them out) is the blood in the room with the sleeping bag, and given that they were trying to kick Duck out (maybe I remember the dialogue here wrong, or maybe I got different dialogue to you), not kill him, the blood is equally evidence that they had been bitten, or the other people inside that were kicked out were not related to Lee.
Did enough of you play this that we can have a spoileriffic thread?
