What an odd list, but its pretty solid.
One of the only things that sticks out as dumb to me is Xenosaga (a great game) being on there but Xenogears isn't, and neither is Xenoblade. Both of which are better.

Looks they just chose a favorite from each series. Super Metroid is on there but not Prime.
Portal over Portal 2? Huh.... And no Space Quest? For shame.
Honestly I can't really say too much about this list. I've played 4 of these games. Guess Sci-Fi isn't my thing.
I am having a real hard time arguing with their Number 1 though.
