reminds of me a acrade in my town in the early 90ies the place smelled of cigartte and weed smoke the onwer didn't care as long as there was no fights or broken games the place only lasted maybe 2 years before it was shut down thinking about it i am lucky i never had any asthma attacks there

3) Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt (NES)

Yeah, my very first game. Sure I have owned some game and watch games, well not the official game and watch, but some copy cat, but after those this was my very first game. This game was responsible for me starting my hobby as a gamer and Duck Hunt is responsible for my rational hatred for laughing dogs. Oh how many times did I tried to shoot that fucking dog, why won't he just die. Super Mario Bros is the first game I ever finished. Other games that I played before were just high score games. So beating SMB bros is something I will never forget.

2) Hitman 2 (Gamecube)

After playing Hitman 2 on the Gamecube and sneaking inside bases/temples/hospitals/whatever, I had an epiphany. If you just were a disguise and stayed calm, you could probably sneak in everywhere through the front door. It is really that easy, just walk in and people will let you as long as if it looks like you know what you are doing. If you look lost and nervous you will be caught. Also reading up on ninja history, ninjas did they same exact same thing and final proof was the 'Minister of Environment' story.

I should explain this. In Holland when the first government Balkenende was formed, they did away with a Minister of Environment. It was a right winged coalition, and right wing parties only care about important things like money and not petty stuff like the environment. So during the cabinet formation all the ministers and secretaries go to the Queen. There was a protester that wanted to protest the cabinet's plans for the environment. So he dressed up nice, had a suitcase and went to the Queen's palace. There he told the security guards that he was the cabinets Minister of Environment (there was no minister of Environment in that cabinet), and walked through. In the garden he turned around and pulled out a protest sign. Only then was he caught. The guy could have just walked on and teabagged the Queen if he wanted. See?! With a nice suit and suitcase you can sneak into the Queen's palace, it is that easy

1) Double Dragon (NES)

Ha, the most influential game of my life. This game was the very beginning of my Martial Arts hobby. When I played this game, I used to pause it alot to see how the techniques worked. I puased to see how Billy did the sidekick, or how to do the flying kick. And it worked, at training I have my far the most powerful, acurate, fastest and most variety of kicks. Also the game had other things like headbutts and you could even mount someone and ground and pound them. OMG, this must be why I love to watch MMA. Yep, game changed my life.

There was also a one against one mode. Long before Street Fighter 2 made it popular. I kept looking at other games for techniques, like Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, World Heroes, Kiiler Instinct, Virtual Fighter, etc. And Ninja characters were usually my favorite and that in turn led me to my Ninja obsession. But it all started with Double Dragon.
