What I find more bizaare is that this is obviously a low budget movie with no cgi or anything, is that guy really missing legs? And if so, how the hell does he do all those moves?

Notice that somehow they are oiled up underneath their clothing.

The only questionable thing was when he threw the guy over himself, and the editing took care of that. If he couldn't do the rest of the stuff then they didn't look very hard for a legless guy.
