How about the worst fight scene of all time just to balance this out?
The fight scene from They Live. For some unknown reason there's a huge cult of people who think that this is really good. It's long, but for the life of me I can't figure out why anyone would think it's good.
I just saw it listed on that feature.
16. NADA vs FRANK in THEY LIVE
South Park paid homage to this lengthy fight sequence in their infamous ‘Cripple Fight' episode, but you can't beat the real thing. John Carpenter's alien invasion movie They Live is largely forgettable, aside from the six-minute scene in which wrestler ‘Rowdy' Roddy Piper and Keith David whale on each other, over the small matter of a pair of sunglasses. This fight goes on so long, you half forget you're watching a film and not a real alleyway scrap.
They Live fight scene is all right. Nothing special.
Now anything from this film counts, but this is the best from the movie IMO

Reminded me of Commando, knife fight
Yellow text on a white background. MY EYES.
That feature reminded me of a couple of great scenes.
The ladder fight in Once upon a time in china.
The Warrior King/Protector (US name) has this steadycam shot fight scene which is all in one take. You can see it here:

Indiana Jones in the Temple of Doom vs the Indian and in Raiders of the Lost Ark against the German (same actor LOL)
Some of you may have seen this, others not.
It's a film called JCVD (Jean Claude Van Damme) where the actor plays himself, stuck in the middle of a bank robbery in Belgian.
The opening scene is a continuous, one shot action scene. Probably the best for Van damme that I have ever seen. The rest of the movie is not like this though. I wish the director and action choreographer would do a proper Van Damme action film. It's that good.

The Protector scene is awesome. If I remember correctly there's actually a couple of spots where they could have changed shot, though. Could easily be wrong, though.
Speaking of long shots here's another awesome one: (ironically it becomes more realistic than most actions scenes DUE to the terrible accuracy of thsoe involved!)
I had Breaking news on dvd, I imported it and it stuck at this point so I lost 5 minutes of it. I ditched it on a friend.
Not bad for a Johhnie To film but he's done better. Like Exiled for instance.
Oh yeah, Hard Boiled.
My favourite scene is the one in that warehouse when he ropes in via the roof and uses a shotgun. I pity the fool who hasn't seen this movie.
That was so worth the build up. Thats how you do epic. From one of the best to one of the worst
That is so pathetic, remake that scene, its like old farts fighting.
This is maybe the best fight in the whole series
Man that scene is so awesome.
Well I cant embed the Matrix Neo vs Morpheus scene but that is one of the all time greats.
Two legends going head to head.
This is how a real man fights

Does this count?
You need to put the fight of the wizards, where they control those shadow demons with their thumbs. God that movie is pure amazing.
Good choices Vader. But I never got the love for the Ep 1 fight scene in the Phantom Menace. I think Darth maul fighting 2 jedis at once devalued the skill of the jedis and him doing all these weird martial arts flips seemed wrong. Star wars lightsabres and jedis, they are like medievil knights of the future and they use their weapons like knights would. Not how kung fun masters would.
Always seemed wrong to me.

Sith>Jedis. It's a shame that he didn't kill both of them.
The best bit in Big Trouble in Little China is when Jack Burton is almost run over by a car and his baseball cap falls off, revealing the puffy hair. And then he says "Son of a bitch must pay"
Kim Catrall wet t-shirt moment is hot too. That movie is like a one stop showcase for all oriental/Californian actors acting in Hollywood. I recognise so many of them in other shows/films because of Big Trouble.
"Six demon bag"
"Beautiful Chen, what's in it?"
Crouching Tiger Bar fight
Sorry, this is the horrible english dub
Dubbed or not, the fight scenes in Crouching Tiger were generally terrible. Like the rest of the film.
Your comment in the movie thread reminded me of this. not quite the scene I was after, but it is still hilarious:
WTF is that?
You know I just remembered, there is this old CHow Yun Fat film with a dual chainsaw fight. I can't remember the name.

Tears of the Black Tiger. You need to watch it. It's just plain awesome. Citizen Dog by the same director looks like it should be great too, but it's a completely different sort of film. With the same trademark colours, though.
I'm hoping someone's posted it already, but if not:
Listen to Iced Earth and play Doom
