OH!
HD rumble 2 was custom built ground up for switch 2
More powerful feeling too
When playing a tech demo with Maracas you can feel the invidual balls inside.
The max rumble is far stronger feeling that switch 1 joycons.

I got nothing to say about this tech demo, except that VG24/7 hands on said it was actually worth the small asking price to the point where they were calling over other journalists to experience it.

Now it's the wheelchair basketball game. This is a flop in the making unless it's a $10 download game.
I'm a bit concerned about the wheelchair aspect. Games are about giving you power fantasies. They don't normally hobble you unless survival horror is involved.
There's still a lot of imaturity around disabilities too, I feel like people will shun this game.
And the controls don't sound fun or intuitive, I can see getting annoyed with this after 30 seconds of dragging these mousecon about.

Back to DONKEY KONG BANANAZA
- New area above ground
- You can ride a spinning stone like a skateboard
- Pick up Boom rocks and throw them like bomb
- Looks like everything is destructible
- Holy crap he just carved his own staircase from a solid wall
- Holy crap he just bashed through a tunnel and then popped up on top of the mountain
- Barrel challenges are there. Seems more Mario like in the above ground
Breath of the wild next.
DF said it was 2k at 60fps. Another hands on said it was 4k.
No DLSS though.
Not really interested in replaying BOTW anytime soon.
Looks crisper, clearer etc. Much faster loading
Korok woods, smooth
Now TOTK
A lot more colourful
Looks a lot better than BOTW
Zelda notes seems ridiculous. Who asked for this? Useful for finding stuff though.
They're showing Fzero GX in HD, looks great.
They showed screen sharing playing Zelda 4 swords online i assume, the screen sharing is so jaggy.
● Mario Party jamboree, meh
● hmm, the video from the camera accessory isn't lag ridden
● cam might be good just for people, it's probably the game streaming which causes the lag
● mouse controls for sorting letters, why not just use gyro?
●

●
● mouse controls have hd rumble and rotation, they are stacking blocks with physics. Art of balance?
● you can feel ball bearings inside joycon when using a game spraycan
● spraying bombs, it's like tabletop Splatoon
● there's a lot of new mouse related games here
I don't play Mario Party so I won't comment further unless some tech related things show up

Oh hell, next up is Mario Kart again.
This will be the 3rd segment on it. I was hoping for games they haven't shown yet.
BTW Split Fiction and Street Fighter 6 are 4k

- mario kart again
- splitscreen play
- nothing interesting happening

Only thing interesting is the character roster, they've made minor characters playable. Like the penguins from Mario 64 or the cows from Moo moo meadows.
