This looks like an ok party game. This is like something you would see at Disney.
A lot of that stuff was like Wii Sports/Wii Fit stuff...
Your Shape wii is $22, it came out last year
And it comes with the motion sensing camera.
This should work well for fitness games. How many trainers to the stars are there anyway?
They need to show her doing the exercises badly and how well it corrects her or not.

I know Wii was popular but damn, everything I see here is derivative of everything else. Wii Fit popularises fitness games, then EA and Ubisoft develop their own.
Wii Sports packs in motion based sports games in one package, then everyone else rushes to do it, not just talking Kinect here, I'm talking Deca Sports and other Wii game clones on wii too.
Where is the originality?
If this Kinect wasn't tied to the 360 this would sell like mad. But its two different worlds coming together, it wont work.
Lag was horrible when she through punches and kicks. But maybe it was display lag on the big monitor only?
Quick reason why this won't really succeed. No scale. No way to track your progress. That's part of the reason Wii Fit gets played as much as it does and why all almost all the other exercise games out there don't sell nearly as well.
