WTF. Its a Sega CD game?!
So the Star Wars game is like the WSR shodown mode. Meh. Waste of potential. Make a Red Steel 2-like game, LA!
All the cracks aside, got to admit Kinect did kind of impress me. I'm starting to debate if it's time for a second console. Still need to wait and see on the final price.
This conference has been like:
............
I can motion to initiate a movie about a cars tyres? SOLD
It's sort of cool.
The last car stuff looked crap for a racing game but would be nice to interact like this in an adventure game. Of course adventure games aren't even being made anymore, but still...
Slim!
It's like a black 360 that someone has taken a hammer to.

heh
Good price but not uber deal. At first I thought it was 199 and was like o shi, N better drop price
MS giving away consoles like they gave away HDTVs.
Cheap Expensive trick only they can afford.
That conference was pretty pants, but sort of entertaining. It was like Wii redux.
As I said it seems a lot more accesible and friendly as a brand now which is a good thing.
Overall Kinect didn't really show me anything worth getting for it, where were the hardcore games?
Kinda meh, but in a good way.
I think the only thing they showed and made it look good was Rising. Which started crap and got awesome fast. I want to see more now. The rest were expected stuff like GoW3 or stuff they made look bad (even if they're good in the end) like Fable 3. And kinect was too much Wii Sports/Fit stuff. Great interface for point & click adventure games, other than that, don't really care. And I don't think it's better than having a controller. Interaction might be better in an adventure game but at the trade off of not having a controller to move your character around properly when not examining stuff. So I guess I'd rather have it on Move or Wiimote with a cursor instead of my hand anyway, so long as I have an analog stick to move around with for the rest of the game.
How long to EA?

MGS Rising was the best part, along with Reach. I shrugged at everything else.
