I played it (check GG Weekly page 7 for my impressions), and it's a fantastic demo. I'm seriously thinking about buying it. I just want to know how long it is before I fork over $60. If it turns out to be the now standard 5-6 hour game, then I'll probably just rent it.

Oh, then it might be a rent for you. I've read at the GAF thread that the game would be about 6h long, extending beyond that lenght if you are interested in the time trial challenge. I'll be getting it regardless, if only because my proverbial clumsiness is going to naturally extend those 6 hr into 20 or more (I failed like 15 times in the short demo, lol ).

Lol. She hasn't played it yet, but showed interested while watching the demo. I thought she would be more interested, but perhaps the first person perspective intimidates her a bit.
She was on her way to beating SM Sunshine, but is currently taking some time off games to focus on school work.

After playing Mirror's Edge, or even just watching the videos for a few minutes, does anybody else feel like running at top speed when they go to do something afterwards? XD. I seriously considered jumping a staircase until I came to my senses. I bet at least one kid will jump out a window and his death will be blamed on it.
