Why will we know? Even if it's CGI, obviously the game isn't going to look anything like that. If Joakim is in attendance, and it is CGI, they can just Skype his appearance due to the bad case of highly contagious herpes that he developed, along with his facial injury, which has landed him in quarantine.
Yeah Foolz is right, maybe for next gen Fox engine can look semi real for characters, but we've already seen ground zeros and Phantom pain. So imagining real life character models is a bit much to expect.
I am still watching the full presentation, which is incredible. The stuff they do with Fox is crazy, that whole picture thing is wild. Does no one else do that? How much time will that save for artists?
On the trailer, not a traditional MGS trailer as it was still surreal. Looks like Master Miller was held captive somewhere and there was a huge operation to get him out but Big Boss was really injured during it. So we get the coma and all the weird stuff that looks like characters from his past. 9 years has past, at this point all the snakes had to have been born. We must be getting close to playing bad Big Boss.
BTW this Hayter stuff is BS I bet. He will be playing SOLID Snake like always. They just couldn't have him voice two snakes in the same game I bet. This game will introduce Fox Hound and have Solid Snake in it and get ready to recreate MG1 for the next game. Watch.
Who knows with Kojima.
So is this a PS4 exclusive? Colin Moriaty is adamant about it.
Yeah, I thought Kojima LA was old news.

It's okay for us regular users to forget this kind of minutia, but c'mon gaming press.
On 3/27 at 2pm EST Kojima's big GDC event takes place. It will be very long and be all about Fox Engine as well as the next MGS. I will be at work so I will miss it live. Finally we will know if Joakim is real or CG. Cast your last votes now.
