Um...yeah. Just by the thread title you guys know where I'm getting at.

The funny thing is, he stinks. But he's still banging away almost everyday. I don't know if he's one of those dudes that dropped out of school and wants to be a rock star or if he's a high school kid who's in the marching band.

But whatever the reason is, the dude stinks. He's go no rhythm at all and every beat sounds like the same monotonous banging noise. It's like a monkey or a five year old is drumming.

And he practices for hours! Not minutes, not half an hour, but for HOURS!!!

Agh, I can't take it sometimes.

The good thing is he only practices around the afternoon. But the problem is I come home from work and also work from home, and I tend to take naps. But I can't when this guy is banging away! Even with my windows closed, I can still hear the banging noise!

Yeah. It sucks. Sad

I have had the joy of living near TWO teenage drummers. Back to back. I moved from one house to the next and was met with the same issue.

Good news is that they were both slackers, so they'd usually give up after 2-3 minutes and go back to smoking weed or playing 360 or whatever you kids do these days with you MyBook and FaceSpace.

Drum back at him.

Or, put your stereo speakers against the wall and pump out Abba tunes from your collection at maximum volume.

Dancing Queen.

Use that track on a loop. In fact put it on and go out to work. 7 hrs later he will be a simpering wreck, kneeling on your doormat, begging for forgiveness. Plus, all the chicks from around the area will gather outside your apartment and will boogie.
