I was leaning toward the Sheen side exclusively, but I think if I had Gates money I'd enjoy giving away a couple hundred grand a day doing SimCity type things.  Like if I see a delapidated building I'd buy it, doze it and set up a park, then give it to the city.  Or give out grants to neighborhoods for improvements.  That kind of grass-root community enhancement.
