Been getting cold hands and feet too and pins and needles in them. And pain in them too.
Vitamin D deficiency? I had been diagnosed with it in the past and took supplements for a long time, then gave up on them.
Maybe you're hurting a nerve. Why don't you take Vitamin B or B complex? If it improves, it's most likely a nerve issue.
I'm going to have to seek help sooner, this past week every muscle in my body is getting tighter and aching.
