I think the term foreign as used in that segment was not describing a magazine from another country to be exact, but more like describing this weirdo magazine that no one that reads english magazines knows about. I wouldnt call Edge or Play foriegn magazines the same way I call that mag. Its more about the language than the country.
This website is made by GG and Yoda. So everyone who's not Canadian or British is a foreigner. Actually the time zone of this website is British . So one could argue that everyone not British is a foreigner.
