What were your favourite moments from FMA Brotherhood Nintyfan?
Did you have any issues with the series at all?
Did you watch it with English dub? I think it's one of the best dubs I've heard, but that's also because of the writing.
Arakawa also did The Heroic Legend of Arslan, which I have seen. That's pretty good too, but nowhere near FMAB level good.
I can't think of my favorite moment in FMA Brotherhood. I did like how it ended.
I didn't have any issues with it at all.
I watched the English dub because I always watch the English dub. I can't read that fast so I only like subtitles if I actually understand the language.
I don't know Japanese so I can't watch the sub version.
Did you find that mid-way episode with Hohenheim at a campfire confusing initially?

Maybe especially the part with the kids dancing around the fire exploding.

It's only when I rewatched the whole series that I got that episode.
FMA Brotherhood is everything GG said it was and then some. It just keeps one upping itself with layer upon layer of awesome moments, characters leaving and returning at the direst of times, without a single dull episode.

Spoiler-ish:
That moment when Mustang burned you-know-who I was like.... !!!!!!!!! what am I watching? This is hardcore.
But my favourite moment is near the very end when Al meets Al and then slowly dissolves. Just beautiful. And I love how nearly all the characters, no matter how minor they are, get their little moment that just perfectly sums them up and makes them memorable. Even the doctor who patches Lan Fan up.
If you liked the show the OVAs are very good too, one of them is hilarious. And the Sacred Star of Milos movie is great too. Not to be confused with the original series movie the Conquerer of Shambala which is meh.

I'm rewatching Cowboy Bebop and I'm on episode 2.
I've been watching that recentely on Netflix. It has a sort of Trigun old school vibe so I have been enjoying it more. I still prefer shows with more of a story arc vs episodic stuff.

You've described the feeling of the show better than I could. There are so many awesome moments and it keeps building right to the end and everything gets a payoff too. Everyone is perfectly explained too.
Speaking of awesome moments, I loved when Armstong was in a fight and got his arm "back" - or when Ed had to heal himself after the building collapsed.
I've been re-reading my old blogs on Fullmetal Alchemist - 5 years later people watched it!
I also found the bloopers that are on the blurays for you guys from the English dub

Also someone did an Honest trailers video using those bloopers above:

And here's the trailer for the 2nd animated movie, the good one, Sacred Star of Milos
This is funny, a reactions video from someone watching the series, spoilers.
They're shipping my Blu-ray of My Hero Academia.
I preordered months ago. I didn't expect it to ship two days ago. It comes out this upcoming Tuesday.
Edit* I know I will be watching it on Saturday because Season 3 premieres on April 7th. So instead of binge watching like I did with Seasons 1 and 2. I have to watch Season 3 weekly when it airs simultaneously in Japan.
I finished Seraph of the End on Netflix.
There are a more episodes to come I presume as it wasn't really a proper ending. I was a little let down overall by the end. The series is okay, fairly watchable and enjoyable but highly derivative - and I've watched enough anime to see ending repeat itself endlessly.
Now that Dragon Ball Super is done (for now?!) I want to try some other anime series. It's been too long since I watched anything but DBS. I watched the first episode of Cowboy Bebop. I was expecting a story arc, but I think I prefer it this way (unless there is an arc later on). I'm a bit tempted to get my School Rumble DVDs back from my brother.
By Miu Watanabe.
The rest are episodic.
I also would recommend My Hero Academia if you like Super Heroes. It is currently two seasons and Season 3 starts this Saturday.

Check the first post of this thread, I made a list and ordered it from best to worst.
I haven't updated it in a while though and I've watched a ton of stuff since then.
Nice, try and check out the extra episodes, OVAs that are on dvd/bluray. The brotherhood ones are good.
