Not what I was expecting from Platinum Games but it does look very cool and something that I would definitely want.

BTW...that "Wii U Mass Effect trailer" is the exact same trailer they released for the game at its debut for Xbox/PS3/ and PC. 
How about some fucking gameplay?
I'm honestly shocked at the lack of Wii U support from Capcom, where is Resident Evil 6 or a port of RE5?
Same with Square...no reason to not throw FF on this console.
Edge we just talked about the lack of japanese dev support on this, it blows my mind that they had not one Capcom, Konami, Sega, Square game. This is their countrymen, the studios they should have the closest ties too and NOTHING.

Seriously...I was expecting to be bombarded with games from all of them for the entire event...that's why it was so disappointing.
They had more than enough time to get the support, they are coming off a hugely popular system...so what gives?
I was kind of underwhelmed by Pikmin 3's graphics too. I mean it looks GOOD, but the old games were jaw dropping at the time. This one just kind of looks like Pikmin 2 in HD.

Okay watched it, real time gameplay and it did look like the trailer footage mostly.

Remember this game was in development for Wii before it was shifted to U.
Trine 2 Directors cut Wii U screens, improved console graphics the spec sheet says. Trailer was wow, this console can really do 2.5D games.

Best controller ever? More powerful than PS3 hardware. And no one wants to make games on it.

It is too early for that. Nintendo hasn't ever priced it.

Too early? Isn't this shit out this year? Wasn't the system announced a year ago and Ubisoft said they have been making games for it for 2 years. WTF?

They did indeed fuck up with conference, but part of the reason is that the product (software) isn't there - not just from 3rd parties but from Nintendo themselves. You can certainly blame 3rd parties as well as Nintendo. Other systems get defacto gold-plated-guaranteed versions as standard. Nintendo platforms get selected token support. Is has been this way for years. There has been plenty of forewarning on this system to start development and porting from the 360 is considered to be pretty easy too. So what is the excuse now?
They don't want to throw down on making an extra version, they don't see it as being worth it.
