They are going to show a 2D level, lets hope it doesnt suck.
Oswald is in AI mode for this demo, he is with Mickey the whole way. Looks nicer graphically. Same small boring 2D level shit.
Boss fight. Pete's Dragon! A giant mechanical version of it! Nice you take a totally different path on the boss battle depending on if you use pain or thinner, like the Captain Hook battle of the first game.
This game will have musical numbers, ok.

It feels like every year the MS conference is about the new Gears, Forza, COD or Halo sequel. EA seem to be repeating themselves too. Damnit.

I will wipe my ASS with another Smash Bros.
Pikmin is all right because there hasn't been a game in like 8 years or something. New Mario will hopefully at least reinvent itself like world to 64 to sunshine to galaxy, unless it's just another New Super Mario bros game, eh.
At least with Metroid they did Other M which is completely different from Metroid Prime, so if the new Metroid is not like Other M then it is fine. DKCR was different from any DK game since the SNES era so that was all right.
Mario Kart is Nintendos Madden but its so frivolous its innocuous and doesn't inspire much rage in me. I don't mind sequels but it gets a bit much when you have 3 or 4 direct sequels in the same generation.

I don't think we will see new Metroid. But yeah, Nintendo does this as well. However, Nintendo has a lot MORE than MS to offer. Pikmin has been gone so long it will almost feel like a new IP, like Diablo. I really hope they have at least a few big new IP's too...one from Retro, one from Japan maybe.

Bare minimum, new games from Retro and Monolithsoft and that will be a one two punch. You know they will be excellent.
Anything else is gravy. I would like (says the man who just complained about sequels) Endless Ocean 3 and an Elebits sequel.
With Wii U at least you are going to see a generational jump in graphics and technology on Nintendo/ Wii specific games. It won't be like Crysis 2 compared to Crysis 3. It will be GC graphics Smash Bros to twice as powerful as PS3 Smash Bros.

But it wont matter because it will still be fucking Smash Bros.
