Simple. Don't activate a code or don't pay money, you don't use the character. Also, you apparently need to be online to use Catwoman. At all times.

Ah. Well it's better than losing online functionality on a sports game or whatever. Still sucks, though. Are the other characters used in the story, or doing the beat 'em up/challenge thiny ala AA?

Nightwing and Robin are the others, and used in the challenges.

WTF is this bullshit? I don't even want to play as Catwoman but this is bollocks, as someone who can't hook up his console online this kind of practice is just discrimination.

It's pretty damned disgraceful. But hey, Warners are weird like that.

Did a quick update that puts up all the reviews so far, as well as some of the pre-order bonus stuff. Also added in specific pre-order details and some backstory links.

I'll be getting the game for sure, just not this year. My ass end of this year is pretty cluttered, not just with games either - busy.

The reviews are insane. This seems like one of those perfect sequels like Uncharted 2. I really dont feel excited cause Dark Souls has me satisfied, its going to be kind of a shock that I have it in my hands so soon.

Indeed. Just grateful there's a weeks gap between both UC3 and this, so I can spend plenty of time with either.

I'm a bit burned out on Uncharted. Might as well just pick up Dark Souls and Skyrim and grab U3 further down the road.

Given how mad you are for the multiplayer, that's understandable...if not a little surprising.

So S0lid was right: it was a bad idea to release the mp early. Nyaa  I see that no one is higher than level 35.  Is that the highest level anyone can reach till the game releases?

Sorry for the derailment, Homer.

Battlefield can wait.  I loved 2, but it's not high on my must have list.  Maybe in January.

Yeah 35 is level cap. and 1M cash is money cap.

To be honest, early access wasn't as much of a problem as the unwanted changes ND did to gameplay.

The only problem I had was health issues.  It's slightly amusing, but mostly annoying watching everyone run around in circles to shoot because some seem invincible.  I do like the gun upgrades.

They need to tone down sprinting, nerf down the insane blindfire accuracy, and add some fucking stopping power to long guns.

Do you have a gun preference?

Right now the only long gun even worthy of using is the M9. Even better when you unlock Marlowe's M9, which has a couple mods. It has some semblance of stopping power, good midrange performance, and probably the only one that allows you to stop those run and gunners doing blindfire/melee combos. GMAL is unrecognizable now that it has been nerfed and AK47 has always been a gun for uncivilized people.
