I uploaded both the normalised as normal versions. This time I tried altering the volume on the sound recording tab of the computer's master sound. I'm not sure if it's any louder, but the quality sounds about the same, except there seems to be a bit more white noise. And I can't really tell the difference between the normalised and normal, though the normalised sounds a bit more muffled.

You padded the RAR with 96MB of MP3 files from LAST WEEK and then included Audacity files for this week WITHOUT THE DATA
