That'd be my fault. The files I was originally sending (as in my files for the podcast) were nearing a 100MB, so I'm taking the blame. Though I've worked out ways to make them dramatically smaller, so it shouldn't be a problem here out.

The source files make no difference, it's the end export format. Don't know what rates were used on the 80MB file, but the 17MB was variable bitrate 48-64kbps MP3.
