Damn Ratner.
So Rogue, Iceman and shadowcat are in.

Well Xavier, Magneto and Wolverine are in too. Cyclops is dead, so is Xavier though... Jean dead too. Magneto has no powers. Ratner ruined everything. Just ignore X3.
X3 was a complete disaster, and first class had a bunch of whiny, shitling, nobody, lame fucks cept for one or two people..... I find it hard to find enthusiam for this franchise.

I saw first class again last night, I think it's one of the best superhero movies. Xmen is in excellent hands and they are going to attempt one of the major story lines. There is plenty to be excited about.
First Class was really awesome to me. I'm excited for Bryan Singers return. He's a more fitting director for the Xmen universe. God, when Singer left to film Superman, he nearly ruined two franchises. First, by allowing Ratner to takeover Xmen. Second, by making a subpar Supeman film.
Yoda to be the start of the first stand alone SW movie!

It seems most characters will get their own movie. Boba Fett the movie!

So.
Han Solo backstory is being talked about too.

That's pretty much what the prequels were, though at least they were necessary. Also, how can you have Yoda in episode 7, 8, or 9 which is what these were meant to be? Unless he's a ghost in them.

No, pay attention. These are one off movies, they will be made in conjunction with Episode 7,8,9. There will be tons of Star Wars movies being made, only the main three are following the main story lines. All the other films will be given to different directors to allow them to make whatever kind of genre film they want within the SW universe. We will probably get a gangster film with Jabba and Fett. No clue what the Yoda one will be like. Someone rumored a Seven Samurai based Jedi movie.
What a fucking trainwreck disaster. How hard can they continually squeeze the tits of this franchise they should have let die long ago? This is what we need a dozen new Star Wars movies each likely more shitty than the last.

No. Lucas is not involved, many of the best directors will be given a chance to do what they want with this franchise. We are going to see some incredible movies. This is going to be the golden age of Star Wars. You see what is going on with Marvel, that is what is going to happen with Star Wars.

Almost everyone is ethusiastic, join the hype train.
I am enthusiastic, I just expect the worst.
I mean spin off films? Really? Boba Fett and Yoda etc. were great as minor parts. A whole film based around them would be horrible; they were bad enough in their brief stints in the prequels. Doesn't matter that the directors will be marginally better than Lucas, we're likely just going to end up with high budget fan fiction. Is it really that hard to come up with something new in such an expansive universe?*
*It's a trick question.
It never left you just had to take another road to get here.
