I ordered these grips for my Switch 2 $18. I should have them on Monday. They can be used in portable, docked, individually and even mouse mode. Reviews look solid, so I hope they aren't crap. I just can do Switch 2 in portable mode without my hands cramping up after 10 minutes and having thicker Joycons will help when playing Wii+Nunchuk style. Maybe I'll finally be able to finish Skyward Sword HD!
I am not liking it, the ice forge was a TERRIBLE level devoid of anything interesting. This is one of the poorest Metroid games I have played, the level design is just not there. Combat is the best in the series and bosses have been great but it's missing most everything else. Maybe as I get more powers it becomes more interesting.
I'm out cruising around in the desert now and yeah, it's definitely not the most exciting thing to do in the game. Not exactly hating it myself but can certainly understand why others might. Myles can be a bit annoying by chiming in from time to time while I just want to explore the desert but isn't too intrusive. Had some pretty good boss battles and exploring the areas like Fury Green and Volt Forge have been pretty enjoyable experiences. Game looks very good and I'm really enjoying it overall so far.
The desert levels don't look very interesting. Is all you do is ride the bike from one area to next? Seems odd for a Metroid game.
I really appreciated the labyrinth in Metroid Prime 1 and how do you'd go through these long levels and to end up circling back to an area been before, so there wasn't as much backtracking.
There’s the odd shrine, crash site, or area in the desert to do to get items and upgrades but yeah it’s essentially there to traverse from one biome to the next. Also need to collect a bunch of green crystals for a storyline element.
Yeah, I’m not minding the desert area all that much myself right now. I imagine that once you have it fully explored though a fast travel option from biome to biome would be nice.
Life sucks righy now. Got hit with a $200 traffic offence because some idiot pulled out of a side road blocking me in.
Shouldn't he be the one to get the fine? Fucking BMW drivers are the worst. Now I find a Christmas present I ordered has potentially been stolen from the front of the address I had it sent to.
Courier just dumped it right in full view of the street and didnt even knock on the door, the car was parked outside too. Couldnt even ring the bell or put the box in the million other safe places he could have?

I just bought cheap silicon joycon sleeves which bulk them out.
I have subtitles off so I can barely hear his commentary over the music. Fake outrage for clickbait?
Also, whoever gives this game a 3 out of 5 needs a slap.
The game is clearly much better than some critics are saying. Its damn fun and Miles is pretty hilarious at times.
It's own thing. Theres really no reason for the "4".
I wonder if it is the start of a new trilogy?
I went back to the Ice Belt with my new power ups and just wow! Love, love this game.
Only thing I can complain about is the linearity. So far it doesn't have the complex labyrinth feeling. It's still most definetly Metroid Prime. It does have a lot of that. Maybe if they had figured how to interconnect the regions

These reviews claiming hand holding, there was no help at all in Volt forge, I couldnt even radio miles.
Now Im back in the desert and dont even have an objective. I'm just left to figure it out.
Riding it is fun too, its a new toy to play with.

That's actually what I expected. It's very in-offensive.
Could be a touch smaller or have warp points to get between points of interest.
I'm fighting wolves in the ice area.

Fuck Christmas.
