I feel sorry for Mrs Aspro - that game isn't very good.
I agree with him. They had no choice. Z&W were a corrosive influence on the company and treated their peers and superiors with contempt.

Wait this month Castlevania, Enslaved, Star Wars Force Unleashed 2, Vanquish, Kirby, and Fallout New Vegas all come out. Holy shit.
I can wait on Fallout. Kirby, SW, Enslaved are all rentals. Vanquish I want to own to help out Platinum games and cause I think its awesome, of course I dont have the money to do so. So do I wait till I get money to buy it or rent it and probably never own it (I dont like owning what I rented). Castlevania I may have to rent. Obviously I need my PS3 fixed first which I may do soon. By fix I mean I open it and do it myself.
I have none, I have done one ball scan that is it. I can look up some more erotic ball scanning stories from the web if you'd like.
Where is this review, I want to see why its not a 9.
They did do something against Activision right. In that case Kotick is right and they had to be fired. Just cause he seems like an ass doesn't mean he can't be right a few times.
+ They slagged off Trearch publicy (and in song -- the worst way to slag someone off).
+ They had a list of Activision staff they would not let in the building posted in their lobby.
+ They sped up the credits whenever the Activision staff names appear in their games.
That's what has been reported publicly, and this is probably the tip of the iceberg given their demonstrated demeanor. Reporters from Game Informer and Giantbomb have also made comments indicating that Z&W were ... well one of them said "dickish" when it came to their publisher.
That's what we know, out here in the public. Now let's look at the best parts of Activision's allegations:
Activision alleges that they at least once flew up to the Bay area on private jet to meet with their number one competitor. This might be true, might not be, but it would be foolish to assert it in a law suit if it were not true. Especially considering that in the discovery process they would be able to get a court order for EA to provide their security logs and flight plans for their private jet.
Activision also claims to have e-mail and or IM records indicating that Z&W were shopping themselves around.
Finally the best argument they have is the money IW generated. It is logical to assume that Activision would have tolerated almost anything to keep Z&W inside Activision. For them to get rid of them wrongly (and then have that proven in a court) would mean that their board would certainly remove Kotick and anyone else related to the incident from their positions.
I was wondering why some of my pins in TWEWY were not evolving when maxed. I just read you need different kind of PPs, like sleep and mingle. That sucks, I thought it was all the same thing. Now I need to worry about which get sleep PP and which I fight with. Well forget that, I won't worry about it.
I never did. If that means anything.
Is it wrong that I find that hilarious?
