I use the GBC filter on NSO. Sadly, Nintendo only offers one pallette: pink, yellow and light blue. Still better than green or B&W.

After playing through DX/colorized versions of the first three Super Mario Land games, I really do think Nintendo should take a long hard look at remaking them. Nothing too dramatic, but something along the lines of Super Mario All-Stars, where they polish up the graphics and tweak the controls, but leave the level design alone. There are some great levels and fun to be had, particularly with WarioLand, provided they can update those controls. Game Boy controls have not aged well at all.

Just finished my first playthrough of Resident Evil Requiem and it was a pretty damn awesome game. Loved the two different play styles between Grace and Leon. The voice actress for Grace did a fantastic job in the role. The time to complete was nearly 17 hours but I don’t think it kept of the time I lost from deaths which there were a fair number. Some death scenes were very cool. Not peak RE like RE2R and RE4R but pretty close. I’d give the game an easy 9/10.

Time to give Insanity mode a go.

That's good to know.  I haven't played any of them.  Not sure if I'd want to as I'm not a fan of horror, but if the price is right it might be worth jumping on the bundle.

I got Star Wars Outlaws and Hitman as GKCs.

It didn't bother me at first, but as my storage size dwindled, Hitmans absurdly huge file size became a pain in the ass.

Then I started playing Animal Crossing and Ace Prosecutor 2 on physical media. And I realised I could have that in to play and still play other digital games without having to switch carts out.

I cant decide whether to get the Resident Evil generation pack. Not sure I want to have to swap out cards and redownload games. At least with a physical cartridge the data is mostly all there. With gkcs in the future I'll still have to put a cart in and have to redownload the game again.

Might as well get digital. But I got re4, 5 and 6 for like £7 each on switch.

If you divide the generation pack by 3 its fair but still higher than I imagine those games will go for in the future.

Now some eagle eyed Resetera guy has found the small text saying the generation pack will be discontinued on the eshop end of March.

And if you choose to get separated re7 is £35 and Village is £45.

Ah...
