Too late. I'm actually hoping it will be a bit like Disaster Report for the PS2. It was a survival horror game where the horror was the environment after an earthquake. Man that game was good. It was flawed as all hell technically, but it was so involving.
I'm totally convinced that Nomura is making these little handheld KH games so he can fund his Versus XIII game. How long has it been in development, going on 6 years now?
Never played the GBA or DS ones but I'm just glad that Birth By Sleep isn't just a half-baked game just to be milked. It's good quality milk, at least!
And I doubt we'll ever see Pixar in KH. Sucks, but I just don't think Pixar would allow it. But KH3 would be so awesome if Pixar worlds were in it: Wall-E, Toy Story, Monster's Inc, Cars, Nemo...these would work perfectly with KH, er...even though seeing Final Fantasy characters with Disney is bizarre!

I have dual citizenship, lived there for 20 years and I'd be hard pressed naming all the states. Most of the time I forget that Philadelphia and Minnesota are cities or states.
In all seriousness I have a pretty good grasp of the West coast + one state in, then south and east all the way to FL. But, north of Florida and then up and over to the right into the mid-west, I have no fucking idea what is going on.
Never played Cursed Mountain but it shouldn't be that bad for a $10 game....right? Or maybe not.
Also want to try Obscure, the aftermath. I think there's a sequel in the works too. Aspro, have you played Obscure? Thinking about getting it for the PSP.

I still need Knights, but already have Yggdra
Which version do you have? The GBA or the PSP one? If you have the GBA one, I think the PSP one has full voice overs. That could be a good reason to check it out again.
Also, that Riveria game also has full voice acting in the PSP version. I may pick that up also.

I noticed you're still playing ED....Wouldn't it be great if Eternal Darkness 2 was a launch game for Nintendo 6?
Well I looked at the Disney Worlds for Birth by Sleep, nice list. Some new, some old movies with new locations. Sounds great. Seems like Mickey has a bigger role in this one.
That's good to hear. The game really does feel like a portable PS2 game. I'm surprised at how good it looks and plays. But it eats the battery like crazy.

Nobody does.
Yes, I played the original on the XB (Obscure that is). It was much like Eternal Darkness or RE: Code Veronica. Good atmosphere and characters.
Should be very suitable for the PSP -- I was unaware OTA was on the PSP, I too will get it.
Its free money for Pixar. I think its a no brainer. With PS3 level graphics they can do the computer anmation justice.
I say they make it Xbox exclusive just for Dvader.
I have the GBA of Yggdra and the PSP of Riveria. Have not opened either of them yet. Is there some kind of sale?
Yeah still chunking away at it, have not been able to play anything this week. ED2... I don't know what to think any more. I'd love to see what Crystal Dynamics would do with it (that is, Silicon Knights have scared me off).
I'm not even sure if Silicon Knights have the rights to the IP, or Nintendo does. Nintendo published it obviously.
Let's say Nintendo does, for the sake of discussion. If they gave it to Retro Studios to handle -- then we're talking.
Nope. But they're only $14.99 now on PSN. The UMDs might be cheaper if you can find them though.

Now Playing: Golden Sun Dark Dawn, God of War Ghost of Sparta, and DKC Returns
Big time! It'll be Nintendo's Resident Evil! Unless Miyamoto tells them to make it a first-person adventure!

Now Playing: Golden Sun Dark Dawn, God of War Ghost of Sparta, and DKC Returns
I honestly wish that's what Retro were doing right NOW. Donkey Kong is all well and good....but having those guys doing a direct sequel to a family-friendly Super Nintendo game really isn't what I pictured Retro Studios doing, post Metroid. As I've said before, I think its a waste of their talents, and as one of the few Nintendo developers who normally work outside that box.
The only good thing about it, for them, is that DKC is guaranteed to sell well. Which is good because Nintendo like to look at sales charts as a way to guage a developer's worth, as they did when they sold Rare.
I agree. Kind of weird to have Retro working on a platformer. Let them do what they want, let them create something. Obviously they are good enough.
Oh how about let them try Zelda...
