It does. I am glad others did so cause I can't, I like it too much but seriously there is no excuse for the lack of content.
My biggest complaint about Destiny is that it's too barebones. Go here, kill these guys, go here, kill more. It's still fun, just a deeper Halo type experience. I can't speak for Mordor yet.
You get the full Destiny experience if you buy the Ghost Edition. You just have to wait for them to release the rest.
