It means that user visited a page on the site within the time stated in the brackets. SteelAttack (29s) means Steel viewed a page 29s prior.
A performance tweak is that it only updates once per minute, so if you open a page, then follow a link a couple seconds later, it doesn't update again until it's been more than a minute since the laste update.
