The Flash might introduce Patty Spivot in Season 2
The casting sheet calls her Wendy but those are usually wrong. She is a cop and her description sounds like Patty Spivot from the comics.

The Flash might cast Jay Garrick for Season 2
The cast listing said “the season-long role of a classically handsome, square-jawed hero in his 30s to early 40s, a slightly cynical man with an edge.”
Though it might be Carter Hall because the casting director said "think Harrison Ford" he played Indiana Jones but that is reaching.

Yes the reason some think it is Carter Hall is because Hawkgirl is on Legends of Tomorrow spin-off.

I added Dark Matter based on the Dark Horse comic of the same name to the OP.
I also changed Untitled Walking Dead Spin-off to Fear the Walking Dead.
I saw the first three episodes of Dark Matter it is pretty good the show has a few of the people that wrote for the Stargate franchise.
